ডাঃ মোঃ নাইমুল হাসান ২০০৩ সালে বরিশাল শেরে-ই-বাংলা মেডিকেল কলেজ হতে কৃতিত্বের সাথে এমবিবিএস সম্পন্ন করেন ।

  • তিনি ২০০৬ সালে ২৫তম বিসিএস-এ সহকারী সার্জন হিসেবে সরকারী চাকরী শুরু করেন। 
  • ২০১৬ সালে বঙ্গবন্ধু শেখ মুজিব মেডিকেল বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় (পিজি হাসপাতাল) হতে গ্যাস্ট্রোএন্টারোলজি বিষয়ে সাফল্যের সাথে এমডি ডিগ্রী সম্পন্ন করেন এবং একই বছরে সহকারী অধ্যাপক হিসেবে শহীদ জিয়াউর রহমান মেডিকেল কলেজে যোগদান করেন। 
  • তিনি ভারতের মুম্বাইয়ের বিশ্বখ্যাত প্রতিষ্ঠান Baldota Institute of Digestive Sciences থেকে Advanced Endoscopy বিষয়ে প্রশিক্ষণ নেন। 
  • তিনি JGHF এর স্কলারশীপ এর মাধ্যমে অস্ট্রেলিয়ার Lyell McEwin Hospital, Adelaide থেকে EMR and ESD এর উপর উচ্চতর প্রশিক্ষণ লাভ করেন।
  • তিনি ২০১৮ সালে দক্ষিণ কোরিয়ায় অনুষ্ঠিত Asia Pacific Digestive Week 2018 (APDW) এর সেমিনারে বৈজ্ঞানিক প্রবন্ধ উপস্থাপনের জন্য ‘APDW Travel Grant Award’ লাভ করেন। 
  • তিনি ২০১৯ সালে United European Gastroenterology UEG কর্তৃক ‘International Scholar 2019′ মনোনীত হয়েছেন।
  • একই বছর তিনি তুরস্কের ইস্তাম্বুলে ‘WCOG’ Travel Grant Award লাভ করেন।
  • ২০২০ সালে তিনি World Endoscopy Organisation-WEO কর্তৃক ‘WEO ERCP Fellowship China এর জন্য মনোনীত হয়েছেন।
  •  ২০২১ সালে তিনি ‘APDWF-JGHF Education Grant Award’ লাভ করেন বৈজ্ঞানিক প্রবন্ধ পেশ করার জন্য।
  •  তিনি ২০২২ সালে দক্ষিন কোরিয়ায়, “International Young Endoscopist Award (IYEA) এবং IYEA Outstanding Presentation Award’ অর্জন করেন।
  •  World Endoscopy Organisation Emerging Star’ হিসেবে মনোনীত হয়ে জার্মানীতে বিশেষ প্রশিক্ষণ লাভ করেন। WEO Star (emerging-stars.com)
  • তিনি Endo ২০২২, জাপান-এ Asian Pacific Society For Digestive Endoscopy (A-PSDE) ‘Best Abstract Award‘ লাভ করেন।
  • তিনি ২০২৩ সালে (আমেরিকান সোসাইটি অব গ্যাস্ট্রোইন্টেসটাইনাল এন্ডোস্কপি) ‘ASGE Endoscopic Training Award’ অর্জন করেন। তিনি ASGE এর স্কলারশীপ এর মাধ্যমে জাপানের ন্যাশনাল ক্যান্সার সেন্টার (NCC), টোকিও থেকে ESD এর উপর উচ্চতর প্রশিক্ষণ লাভ করেন।
  •  তিনি Japan, Hong Kong, South Korea, Turkey, Brazil & Malaysia- তে অনুষ্ঠিত আন্তর্জাতিক সেমিনারে অত্যন্ত কৃতিত্বের সাথে বৈজ্ঞানিক প্রবন্ধ উপস্থাপন করেন।
  • তিনি বর্তমানে শহীদ জিয়াউর রহমান মেডিক্যাল কলেজ ও হাসাপাতালের গ্যাস্ট্রোএন্টোরোলজী বিভাগের সহকারী অধ্যাপক ও বিভাগীয় প্রধান হিসাবে কর্মরত আছেন।
  • তিনি প্রথম বাংলাদেশী হিসাবে অস্ট্রেলিয়ান পদ্ধতিতে EMR ও ESD (পেট না কেটে পেটের অভ্যন্তরের পলিপ / টিউমার কেটে নিয়ে আসা) অপারেশন করেন ।
  • বাংলাদেশী গ্যাস্ট্রোএন্টারোলজিস্টদের মধ্যে তিনি সর্বাধিক সংখ্যক আন্তর্জাতিক পুরস্কারের (০৯টি) অধিকারী।
